Supply Chain Planner – Project Manager

Ceva Animal Health is a French multinational veterinary pharmaceutical company. It specializes in the research, development, production and marketing of pharmaceutical products and vaccines for livestock (ruminants, swine, poultry) and companion animals. Since its entry in Vietnam in 2008, Ceva has grown rapidly and is now a top 3 market player with solid positions in the swine and poultry segments. In 2020 Ceva Vietnam is transitioning from a representative office to a subsidiary model :
We are looking for a supply Chain planner at our Vietnam subsidiary (district 1, Ho Chi Minh).
We offer first 1 year fixed duration contract (with possibilities of extension based on performance)
***Responsibilities:
-Determination and set up of the stock levels, key KPIs
-Follow up the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks.
-Plan and prepare orders
-Follow up the coordination of short- and medium-term supply to ensure meeting the demand and enabling business growth
-Update of sales forecasts
-Follow up stock levels of key customers and update order planning
-Reduction of shortages & analysis of root causes

-Bachelor in supply chain
-Minimum 3 years in planning or similar field
-Hard working and adaptable candidate. Honest, enthusiastic and excellent team-work spirit.
-Advanced English in oral and writing.
-Excel, ERP (JDE experience is a plus), Planning tools (Dynasis would be a plus)
