Supply Chain Specialist - Vnshop Ecommerce

Generate routine Supply Chain reports for performance monitoring.
Undertake special assignments relating to supply chain as requested
Manage and minimize expiring products by regular review the remaining shelf life of the inventory in the warehouse, report the expiring products and coordinate with Merchandise and suppliers for action plan to clear expiring products.
Maintain Supply Chain master data i.e. supplier information, supplier lead time, MOQ, MOV, product information, product shelf life, etc.
Balancing DC volume inbound and outbound.
Develop and implement the Supply plan by applying best practices, improving processes, analyzing sales history and forecast data.
Working closely with suppliers and Merchandise team in improving supplier delivery performance by reviewing supplier delivery performance and taking rapid action with suppliers and Merchandise team.
Building up order daily i.e. promotion order, stock replenishment order, new product, seasonal and events, etc.
Managing stock availability by Planning and Forecast to purchase and order goods to meet on-shelf availability, while also ensure to meet target week covers and minimize slow moving stock.
Ensure the stock availability throughout the promotion period, while also minimize overstock after promotion period.
Coordinating with Suppliers, Demand Planners, Merchandise and Warehouse team to find root causes of overstock, out of stock and provide action plan.
Work with Demand Planners, Merchandise on promotion planning and execution.

2-3 years experience in the Supply chain field.
Ability to work under pressure and dynamic environment.
Able to work with a large amount of data.
Good negotiation, influence, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Statistics, Management Information System, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Good planning, organizing, and presentation skills.
Experience in using analysis to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes.
Strong data analytical skills.
