Supply Chain Staff

Follow up 3PL and suppliers for shipping documents preparation
Creation of the PR / IPR in the system and follow up the ETA of the materials
Calculate and determine the materials amount needed
Perform the stock transaction in the system (In and out)
Receive the order from CS and consolidate for the production planning
Update if any changes of the ETA that impact the delivery of the orders to the customers
Other tasks as assigned by the Supply chain supervisor or higher level of the organization
Prepare shipping documents according to the customers&039; requirement
Maintain shipping / customs document retention

Yêu cầu công việc

Good computer skill and familiar with ERP system (ie. Oracle, SAP, etc..). Oracle is more prefered
Living in Binh Duong is more preferable
At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment or in equivalent position
Has knowledge and/or experience in Supply chain or planning and purchasing
Understand or has basic background about Import and export
Able to handle multi tasks with high pressure of the time line and quality of work
Basic understanding and communicate in English. Mandarin is an added advantage
