Supply Chain Supervisor

• Collecting delivery document and completing order / internal transfer postings into SAP.
• Review sales forecasting to determine right quantity of products to order
• Monitor and perform daily activities related to Logistics operation
• Lead projects to drive new processes for pricing & supply chain management functions
• Drive important KPIs in terms of inventory optimization
• Collaborate with internal management to deliver best practice for processes and compliance
• Monitor and check the goods input-output between (SAP) system and physical inventory
• Give internal management and clients understanding of inventory status through stock analysis reports
• Manage & solve customers’ (internal and external) requirement on delivery, price, service & other arising problems
• Collaborate with all stakeholders (suppliers, warehouse team, 3PLs, etc.) to ensure agreement on terms and processes
• Work with head quarter for placing orders, monitor delivery schedules, notify relevant departments to prepare import plans, control quality and quantity of goods, complete necessary documents to receive goods
• Making monthly reports (logistics cost, on-time delivery, circle count)
• Other assignments by direct supervisor
• Collaborate with sales team to improve sale forecast capability over time and manage bad stock

General Requirement:
• Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, teamwork
• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Hard working, active, team working mind
• 4 -5 years of working experience in similar positions
• Eager to learn new knowledge and experience, enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” attitude
• Experiences in SAP using
• Strong planning and analytical skills, good communication, negotiation, presentation skills
