Supply Planning Officer - Electronics Field - VSIP Ii

Managing orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to commitment.
Implementing relevant processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
Minimizing obsolete stock.
Monitoring inventory levels against agreed target levels
Monitoring the integrity and accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM. and managing inventory accuracy
Creating reports, analyzing and updating data if required to support the needs of the business
Utilizing established Material Requirements Planning system (MRP. or approved IT system that is in place to ensure that data is accurate and up to date including resolving any issues as required
Understanding and managing risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
Assessing volume requirements against planning assumptions
Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
Scheduling the supply of materials/components to meet customer demand and production requirements.
Following up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
Working jointly with production planning to publish customer SO delivery committed dates and updating them in a timely fashion when required.
Supporting inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy and acting quickly to correct errors if warranted.

Can communicate in English
Having experience in planning field, Electronics is prefered.
Excellent in Excel
