Swim.com Assistant Product Manager

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of swimming.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including product management, customer service, design and development.
• Proven ability to clearly document use cases describing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Interact with Product Owner to research, define and clarify Product Features.
• Analyze customer requirements in both technical view and end-user view.
• Ensure functional requirements are understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications.
• Document functional and system requirements.
• Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows.
• Work with development team to review specifications, Q&A, consider solutions and solve problems.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Bonus Points:

• Ability to mockup designs using tools like Sketch or Adobe Illustrator.
• Technical experience or knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services as well as MySQL, Tomcat, Spring and Hibernate.

General Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a software development environment as a Business Analyst, Product Manager or similar position.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Prototyping, Wireframe, Use case tools.
• Strong business analytical skills and logical mindset. Ability to grasp complex use cases and learn quickly.v
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience in creating clear, concise documentation with good design.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn, capable of working under pressure
