System Administrator

Operate and manage HP Aruba switches, HP servers, WAN, Router, Switch, Firewall, Wireless ,NetApp storage, Virtualization VMware vSphere and data backup systems.
Resident system: Application, Web, Database Servers
Administration of the Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print server, DFS, Print Server, Anti-Virus Endpoint, Email server, Email 365 and groupware including message security
SAP system: Application, Web, Database Servers
- Develop and update user guide, system configuration, technical issues & solutions for ICT system
- Monitor and ensure access properly to Nam Long Group’s resource and responsible for the delivery of I.T operation support related request including technical support for end users
- Consult I.T Manager on serious concerns and issues relating I.T infrastructure resource utilization.
- Monitor, administrate, configure Access Control system, CCTV, IT Invetory
- Lead and participate in all phases of ICT projects including in-house and outsourced
- Manage Helpdesk team and Helpdesk system
- Analyze and resolve incidents and ensure IT security Investigate
- Responsible for training end users about using I.T device and process.
- Be responsible for IT asset management, license management and contract management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in implementing and managing ICT system for real estate industry is an advantage
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- BA Degree in Information Technology
- Good English communication - oral and written
- At least 05 years working in implementing and managing ICT system
- International Certificates: Microsoft - MCSA / MCSE, Cisco - CCNA / CCNP, VMware – VCP
