System Application Engineer (HVAC)

- Provide regular reports of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services
- Assist in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to make target accountscomfortable and successful at selling.
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
- Listening, understanding and convey customer requirements.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of specified products
- Perform technical/ product training for salesman, and engineers at targeted accounts.
- Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
- correspondence in company approved databases
- Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators, and contractors
- Coordinating with sales team to work on new projects.
- Identify customer&039;s needs and opportunities to help future growth.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, valuesand financial objectives.

- Resourceful, dynamic team player
- Minimum 2 years working experience in consultant, technical sales & marketing/ project management with HVAC or in related fields.
- University degree HVAC is a MUST
- High proficiency in spoken and written English with PC literate AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Visio.
- Knowledgeable about HVAC/ chiller systems /refrigerant/ product components essential
- Able to work with auto cad and provide HVAC designs and solution.
- Results oriented with good skills to build strong relationships with direct owners, builders, M&E contractors, consultants
- Proactive & analytical mindset to search and hunt for potential business
