System Engineer

Your role & responsibilities:

Provide solution, support, and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Responsible for managing, supervising members to follow the processes and policies of the company
Monitor Ticket system for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
Review and monitor the carrying out data backups and administration
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
Daily / Weekly / On-demand report the progress and status of the assigned tasks.
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendor

Your skills & qualifications:

Strong knowledge of networks and firewalls.
Degree in System/Networking or relevant
Able to research & learn new technology
Good at teamwork, capable of managing team members.
At least 5 years of experience an IT System Administrator
Good at analytical and problem-solving skills
Determining and finding information technology solutions if needed.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows.
Good English communication and documentation.
