System Engineer

● Implement DevOps practices: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), automation build (Jenkins), CI/CD pipeline, orchestration, monitoring, Spring boot configuration standard…
● Provide recommendations with respect to cloud migrations and prepare technical implementation roadmaps for Azure/AWS/GCP adoption.
● Setup, configure and perform system operation tasks.
● 24/7 customer support.
● Working with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the customers.
● Collaborating with the developers of those applications intensively.
● Unify, check, and analyze log-files (access logs, application logs, system logs, database logs…).

● Ability to work under high pressure.
● Network topology and infrastructure expertise.
● Knowledge of Web server & Load balancer: Nginx, HaProxy, Apache….
● Good English Skills (not perfect, but should be able to discuss in English, and read/write)
● Programming experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, etc.)
● Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
● Good knowledge on Windows, Linux environment.
● Strong understanding of high availability protocols and architecture.
● Have knowledge and experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
● Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
