System Engineer

- Coordinate with CUSTOMER to troubleshoot and resolve any issue related to the system within the committed SLA, including misconfiguration/corruption of system services.
- Escalating to L3
- Environment: Citrix, Azure, uCloud, CTOZ, OS, MS Office, Web browser,…
- Receiving and processing the tickets from L1 (local corporate personnel)
- Monitoring System and process all issue from system monitoring
- Work closely with CUSTOMER to understand the operation & support requirements.
- User&039;s OS response (e.g. environment setting in Windows 10, inquiries on how to use, transfer to the person in charge of the action area, user feedback, etc.)
- Working Hours: 13h-23h

Yêu cầu công việc

- To have experience in system troubleshooting, user feedback is plus
- College graduated or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fileds
- Good technical understanding of application development approaches and technology is plus
- To have knowledge about Citrix, VM Ware, Azure cloud is plus
- To have experience working on windows virtual machine environment and related programs like OS, MS office, Browsers, …
- To have experience working as an system engineer, IT infra or experience in a similar roles.
- Basic in English (Can communicate directly with Customer in basic cases)
