System Engineer

Internal support:
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Provide assistance and technical support to the company: hardware, software, network, security...
- Capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers the test environments.
Customer support:
- Provide solutions and handle system design/implementation/administration, middleware/application deployment and version control
- Understand security risks and secure the infrastructure
- System customization and development
- Daily monitoring system health and provide quick action to resolve the risk/issue of system/ infrastructure if any
Others:
- Understand business requirements and work closely with business users, business analyst,s and development team
- Prepare/manage technical documents and able to present the technical solution if any.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- Associate or Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
- English : Communicate, read document, write report.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
