Talent Acquisition Deputy Manager

- Actively propose and participate the implementation of recruitment solutions, sourcing initiatives and talent mapping;
- Ensure for using all recruitment sources effectively to minimize recruitment costs;
- Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs;
- Build up and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients (HR agencies, headhunters, job sites…) to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
- Initiate EB activities that help attracting candidate sources;
- Monitor current TA system to eliminate TA manual task of hiring process;
- Lead and develop a professional talent acquisition team to ensure that the organization&039;s recruiting activities and strategy are implemented effectively;
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Dept.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs;
- Support hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes and skills to ensure their understanding and compliance with the policies and processes, as well as develop their hiring capabilities;
- Prepare the recruitment plan and budget;
- Perform candidate sourcing to fill high level positions and anticipate future needs.
- Contribute to the company’s recruitment solution and strategy;

Education level, certification/ Trình độ học vấn, bằng cấp:
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience/ Kinh nghiệm:
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, organizational, as well as communication skills;
- Age: 30 - 38
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in consumer lending, banking, fin-tech industry
- Strong experience of building and mentoring an effective TA team
