A vacancy has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in District 2, HCM City. The function of this position is to manage the whole recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including but not limited to sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market; assist the HR Team in other duty such as HR Activities or Training & Development.

You will be part of our HR-Admin team who is responsible for recruitment process of our group of companies.

What are your job duties and responsibilities?

1. 80% of workload would be Recruitment & Talent acquisition: You will manage of the whole recruitment processes of PCU Vietnam:
- Deliberate with hiring manager to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Continuously conduct, manage and follow-up recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, telephonic interviews, face-to-face interviews, supporting reference check, negotiating and sending offer etc.)
- Manage candidate information system on the company software
- Provide recruitment status reports to management and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results
- Represent company internally and externally by employer branding activities with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Proactively seek market intelligence, research talent acquisition trends in variety of industries such as TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), industrial jobs, IT, back office ect. as well as suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities


2. 20% of workload:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties which are relevant to HR activities and Training & Development

What are we interested in?

  • At least 2 years of experience within the talent acquisition domain, priority for candidates with experience in recruitment for service companies
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good computer skills, working with multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Facebook, Vietnamwork, CareerBuilder,…), Excel, Outlook, Skype, etc.
  • Ability of working in an international and multinational environment
  • Being able to manage several tasks timely, good time management
  • Communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Can-do attitude, integrity, fast-learning ability, result-orientation, high commitment and responsibility
