Talent Acquisition Executive

Recruiting:

- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes,​ coordinate interviews with the hiring managers

- Maintain accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system.

- Maintain good relationships with candidates/ candidate communities, even for those candidate not selected

- Comply and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment policies, guidelines; get them updated and aligned with Labour Law and company regulations

- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs

Employer Branding

- Be updated with the market’s trends to provide input and support in the development of HR policies/ processes, and Employee Value Proposition

- Be company’s ambassador to attract talents by providing candidates with the most updated data/ information regarding rewards & compensation, talent development program, organizational culture, etc.

Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers/ supervisors

-       Graduate in HR or Business Administration with minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in recruitment

-       Good communication skills and well-planning

-       Be independent and good of people sense, people assessment for effective hiring.

-       Strong interpersonal skills – effective in developing and managing relationships 

-       Be able to keep updated with labor market movements and predict the trend
