Talent Acquisition Manager

- Work closely with TA team of member companies to implement the strategy, provide direction, expertise, coordinate team efforts, ensure continuous learning of TA team groupwide
- Direct and implement recruitment activities
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Proactively search and diversify sourcing channels to maintain market position and attract prospect candidates
- Perform talent mapping, implement initiatives to expand candidate pool, attract and maintain active and passive candidates
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- Build and maintain positive candidate experience
- Work with related departments and companies to prepare the recruitment plan for TH Group and manage the implementation of the plan
- Manage, optimize and continuously improve technology systems to operate good branding and recruitment activities
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure good employee experience
- Build and maintain positive hiring managers’ experience
- Use data to analyze and make decision regarding TA activities and provide insights to other HR functions
- Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy

- In-depth knowledge and vigorous experience in employer branding
- In-depth knowledge and experience in full cycle of candidate attraction, recruitment, and onboarding
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Tech savvy
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Strong headhunting skills
- Deep understanding of the labour market,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of human resources management practices in all of its operations/functions
- More than 5 years experiences of similar position in a large or multinational company
- Thorough knowledge of various selection techniques
- Experience in FMCG sector preferred
