Talent Acquisition Manager (Manufacturing)

Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Use systems and tools such as an HRIS
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Assess the needs of current employees
Adjust employee
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Lead employment branding initiatives
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of various interviewing methods
Knowledge of human resources laws
A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field. MBA or Master Degree is preferable
Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR role

Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Assist in employee retention and development
Supervise recruiting personnel
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
