Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Mass Recruitment-Pruventure Saleforce)

Recruitment:
• Plan and coordinate with event team to organize career fair/networking event.
• Execute the plan recruiting Pru-Planner following the PruVenture strategy.
• Qualify candidate using several methods.
• Proactively search, build and diversify the recruitment sources (internal, job posting, referral, vendor…).
• Work closely with sales and training team to deliver the recruitment target.
Operation & Risk Management:
• Ensures that all the business’s recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external.
• Foresee the conflict and develop various solutions.
• Contribute ideas/ initiatives to improve current processes, policies, working standard, and etc.
Others:
• Actively attend and engage in The PruVenture training classes.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.
• Promote think “Out of the box”.

* Must have:
• University degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ Economics.
• Good understanding of the Insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or similar Mass Recruiter position.
• Language: English
** Nice to have:
• Experience in Insurance /Banking/ Finance/ Consulting organizations is a plus.
