Talent Acquisition Senior Supervisor Vietnam Furniture Resources

- Coordinate with Head Department to build Job description/ KPI/ Test for each position, update and change;
- Responsible for Performing analysis, forecasting the hiring needs of the departments and develop a hiring strategy for each role;
- Build the new talent acquisition tools/ ideas/ strategies in order to remain on the sustainability recruitment;
- Provide recruitment status reports to Manager and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results;
- Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities;
- Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience;
- Build relationships with different recruitment channels and headhunt firms to get good recruitment services, and qualified candidates;
- Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding, to build & evaluate a probationary program.
- Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommending measures to improve employee retention;
- All other duties as required by the line manager.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Good at English (both speaking and writing).
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and customer- service attitude
- Strong relationship- building skills within the department, across departments, and externally.
- At least 5 years full cycle recruitment in FMG companies required.
- Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent.
