Mô tả công việc

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment

Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create relevant hiring requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, building trust and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct post- interview feedback and follow up with candidates to ensure satisfaction.
Manage the full- cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Source, connect with, and build a talent pool of qualified and potential candidates in the IT field for all levels of roles across the organization.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time- to- fill, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline.
Support the Sales Team by finding and providing resumes for tenders as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies (e.g., career sites, outsourcing agencies, headhunters) and manage related partnerships.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status, interview feedback, and any challenges in the hiring process.
Ensure fair hiring practices and compliance with ISO standards throughout the recruitment process.

Branding

Implement initiatives to enhance the company’s employment brand (e.g. employees’ testimonial, spotlight,...) and improve the candidate experience.

Other HR Responsibilities:

Assist in the day- to- day operations of the HR department, including general administrative duties.
Coordinate with other members of the HRA Dept. to organize company events and activities that enhance company culture and employee engagement.

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role, with a focus on the IT industry.
High sense of service, responsibility, having a positive & can- do attitude, and focusing on solutions & results.
Candidates with knowledge of the Fintech IOT industry and can arouse the candidates with innovative solutions is preferable.
Understanding of recruitment compliance, fair hiring practices, and ISO standards is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Ability to think out of the box and take initiative in the tasks assigned.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and full- cycle recruitment.
