Now, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has responsibilities and qualities such as:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively creating a pool of candidates for sourcing
• Maintaining a recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs
• Handling the recruitment process to hire the best suitable talented employees for the company
• Taking responsibilities for company employer branding
• Building up and maintaining a good relationship with universities to support recruiting activities and branding
• Updating recruitment trends, channels, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process
• Conducting staff onboarding, and orientation for newly hired

• Have 3+ years' experience in related fields;
• Strong recruiting and building network skills;
• Have experience in employer branding;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation;
• Good analytical skill;
• Open-minded, friendly, fast learner, and dares to change;
• High sense of responsibility, having a positive attitude.
