Talent Management and Communications Manager

Main Purpose:

This role will be responsible for supporting the Talent Management Supervisor in driving the timely delivery of consistent, and engaging internal communications to the Vietnam employee population while driving HR core processes and culture and engagement programs.

Accountabilities

Internal Communication

• Support delivery of the internal communication strategy across Vietnam ensuring key messages and activities are delivered in an engaging and effective manner targeting audiences ranging from senior leadership to the front line.

• Partner with the Internal Communications Manager and Senior HRBP to in translating global and regional communications to make it relevant to the Vietnamese audience.

• Accountable for managing region communication channels i.e., PEPfeed, portal, digital screens, to ensure continuous updates and engaging content on a monthly basis.

• Develop and maintain overview briefs of the Vietnam Region and for each Commercial Unit.

• Provide communications support for action plans to address organizational health initiatives – Business Update in the Monthly Newsletter, PepsiCo Values , Diversity and Inclusion

• Promote PepsiCo’s corporate social responsibility efforts across Vietnam by supporting external initiatives such as Liter of Light and and spearheading region’s Helping Hands volunteer program.

• Review and edit region/organization announcements for L1-L11 associates, ensuring consistency and adherence to announcement guidelines

Talent Management

• Support the Talent Management Supervisor in formulating initiatives to drive PepsiCo Ways of Working, Values.

• Ensure that all L&D, HR Processes, Culture & Engagement programs are supported by HRBPs and are done in a timely manner.

• Organize and lead the execution of HR Processes, Culture & Engagement programs from the region and should be ready to tailor-fit programs when necessary, to cater to Vietnam population.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Internal communications experience within MNC organizations with diverse employee groups

• Ability to translate into English and Vietnamese

• Capacity and willingness to operate at both a strategic and tactical communications level

• Experience in working and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail

• Multi-media capabilities, copy writing, including graphic design and video production

• Social media savvy and experience in developing social media campaigns

• Ability to deliver complex change messages in an effective, simple and engaging manner

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and within budgets
