Talent Partner Manager

Facilitate and implement all phases of the employee life cycle, acting as staff advocate and
building relationships of trust.
Recruit:
- Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Serve as a partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that contribute to the building of great teams doing great work.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with line managers, HODs and other stakeholders.
Retain:
- Coach and consult line managers and HODs in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Use surveys, interviews, and other studies to collect feedback on HR policies, compensation, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
- Coordinate and conduct Exit Interviews and handover of company property.
- Assist expatriate employees with HR related matters.
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for staff retention, promotion and career development opportunities.
Develop:
- Identify training needs for individual departments and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation of training programs to ensure training objectives are met

- Excellent communication skills including ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and collaborate cross-functionally to establish trust, respect, competence and confidence while delivering the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers .
- Good command of English
- Experience in Real estate, Property Management, Hospitality and related industry is a plus.
- Must be highly organized, analytical, action and detail oriented
- At least 5 years+ of experience as Talent Acquisition/HRBP/Talent Partner role.
