[Tân Bình/HCM] Salesforce Team Leader

As a Salesforce Team Leader, you will utilize Salesforce expertise, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking to support, advise, design, build, deliver and maintain our customer’s Salesforce CRM application end-to-end.

We’re seeking a Salesforce Team Leader to work closely with our customer and development team to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of the Salesforce platform.

This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, application design and implementation alongside testing and deployment.

■Job Description

- Work closely with project team to monitor/control tasks of team members
- Discover training needs and perform training activities for new members.
- Analysis, design, code, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders’ engagements and work with team members to understand user requirements, conduct business analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
- Identify technical issues and present solutions to resolve them
- Conduct daily team meetings
- Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform

Key Qualifications:
- SF certified engineer for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,…
- Have a strong background in CRM
- Englishcommunication skills
- At least 3 years of experience with technical implementations in Salesforce platform
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a team leader.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Apex programming and VisualForce page

- Have LWC experience
- Have following Salesforce certificates is a big plus:
+ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
+ Salesforce Certified Administrator
+ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
