Tax & Internal Control SR Executive

Internal Control
- Coordinate in identifying areas for continuous process improvement and be involved in implementation process;
- Support with risk management activities;
- Support with audits on internal control processes;
- Support in monitor[PLL2] ing operational processes relating to commercial area including day to day commercial transactions from tax and control perspectives.
- Coordinate in planning, implementing projects on internal control improvement;
Tax management
- Review contracts from tax and control perspective
- Support manager on tax audits
- Support with tax improvement projects
- Track and update the progress of the development of new rules, regulations standards and laws affecting the tax positions of taken in Vietnam
- Identify areas of compliance for improvement and provide initiates for corrective actions
- Monitoring specific tax related transactions
- Review tax compliance and monitor/report the status

· Mature, proactive, resourceful, hard-working and hands-on with good initiatives
· Demonstrate ability to work with peers and superiors professionally
· Strong organisational skill
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in coordinating in projects is preferred
· Well-organised, independently, ability to handle multi-tasks with minimum supervision
· Strong written, verbal skills in English
Yêu cầu học vấnEducational / minimum requirements
• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience, in which minimum 3 years in tax or 3 years in control/ tax accounting position.
