Our client is seeking Tax Manager with great expertise in Trade & Customs Advisory to assist their incredibly fast-growing business in Vietnam. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Tax Manager, Trade & Customs Advisory is responsible to assist partners in providing related professional advisory services, as well as coaching and growing the tax consultant team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist partners in providing customs & global trade advisory services including audit defense, export controls, valuation, classification, product regulatory advice and business model optimization

• Assist partners in developing new service offerings and business opportunities

• Train and lead staff in completion of customs & global trade advisory and compliance projects

• Provide customs services to multinational and domestic companies.

• Conduct training on customs policies and regulations internally and externally.

• Build up the customs services team and manage the daily activities of the team.

• 5+ years of work experience in customs.

• Understanding local customs policies and regulations, including inventory management/reconciliation, valuation, classification, international practice etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
