Tech Lead/Principal Backend Engineer Nodejs

Purpose of Job: Perform technical leadership of the team and responsible for developing stable and scalable BAEMIN platform.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years ofbackend software development experience

3+ years of engineeringteam management experience

Experience in implementing aMicroservice Architecture

Experience in domain-oriented technology design and implementation

Experience in cloud services such asAWS and GCP

Enjoy discussions about the stability and scalability of backend systems

Have a positive personality and be active in everything

Be able to motivate yourself and be thorough in self-management

Ability to collaborate with other teams to define problems and find solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technical lead in cross-functional organizations centered on domains and missions, such as Squad and Cell

Experience in development withNode.js and NoSQL

Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills

Experience with unit testing, integration test automation, and deployment automation

Experience in working in an English-speaking multinational team.
