- Analyse and consolidate set out policy of the group.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to design the master plan, layout, zoning area, concept of the shopping mall and supermarket.
- Design of traffic outdoor and contact with general traffic.
Building planning ideas and internal traffic for shopping mall and supermarket:
- Building drawing of traffic planning and internal horizontal and vertical, functional areas. Balancing the target area in the shopping mall.
- Architectural design drawings in the supermarket: functional areas, internal communication system, operation system in the supermarket.
- Architectural design drawings shopping mall areas: Shaping functional areas, diving tenant mix zone.
- Division of auxiliary areas: technical, storage, WC, office, services ...
Interior architectural design, supermarket layout and equipment allocation and ancillary areas: Applying standard techniques of Vietnam and the appropriate design standards of the group to perform the drawing:
- Architectural design (surface, vertical, cross-sectional, perspective).
- Functional areas, walls, partitions, ceilings, floors, doors, WC.
- Interior design and furnishing details.
- Premises and equipment statistics supermarket.
- Detailed design and synthesis of office furniture.

Coordinate with Consultants: Working with the consultant to provide specific solutions for the technical work to ensure the criterion of the group in terms of quality, structural solutions, engineering solutions (power, water, air conditioning, ventilation, fire ...), energy solutions.
Coordinate with Project Manager:
- Support Project Manager at site.
- Support Project Manager to updated information from the relevant departments.
Study new design to apply for renovated projects:
- Research new designs to apply for renovated projects to achieve the consistency in terms of functionality and image of the whole system.
- Research new design ideas from the Group and adapt to shopping mall and supermarket in Vietnam.
Other functions:
- Coordinate with Market Research Team to conduct analysis and report on feasibility of the project.
- Develop concept by creating 3D images to support with feasibility study of the project.
- Study exterior design with images, logo - Study design and propose interior solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate ideas from Market Research Team and coordinate the work with relevant departments to conduct and conclude final market research report.
- Study new materials applied to the project.
- Working directly with the portfolio-design-brand division and supporting the opening and operation of new projects.
