About us

CADDi is a startup company challenging to change the process of the manufacturing industry with technology under the mission of "Unleash the potential of manufacturing". We are honored to be ranked as No 1 2021 NIKKEI's Next Unicorn, a ranking of Japan's fastest-growing startups. We established our new oversea office in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, in March 2022 and Hanoi in September 2022.

We develop in-house software solutions to manage and utilize the information traditionally exchanged via methods such as fax and postal services. Job Description

• Lead the entire architecture design of system software products


• Make technical decisions used for the products, including middleware, frameworks, and other technologies.


• Work with a product owner, ensure the delivery of products with the required functionality, performance and quality.


• Conduct troubleshooting of the products by giving technical suggestions.


• Mentor the other developers in the team.

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years experience in web development and 2+ years experience in leading a team.


• Ability to draw big-picture designs from basic specifications.


• Deep understanding of design methodologies such as DDD and Clean Architecture.


• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Coaching mindset to educate and lead the team members.


• Experience with statically typed languages such as TypeScript, Java, C#, NodeJS, Rust, ReactJS and etc.


• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating web services.


• Hands-on experience developing websites with consideration of security requirements


• Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.


• Proficiency in English
