Report to : TC leader of Territory
Main duties & responsibilities
1. Promotion activities:
- Associate with the TC leader to draw and implement the promotion plan (number of session, number of farmer joined,…) for each week, month,
- Collaborate with other staffs to organize Dealer meeting and Farmer meetings, product performance, dealers’ shop decoration,… to ensure a ‘pull-through’ of the products.
- Carry out the plan with particular attention to the payment of promotional gifts or money.
- Know thoroughly MPV’ products and update product information frequently
- Report to TC leader and inform to the superiors by email
- Represent MPV to solve problems on the allocated area through contact with local agencies
- Building strong relationships with local farmer, dealers and government agencies.
2.Cost Management: Closely monitor the own cost (money, gifts, sample)
3. Partners
- Know thoroughly the C2 network
- Know thoroughly and manage the key farmers in the area
- Continually create opportunities by identifying new potential farmers and converse them to MPV farmers
- Have weekly plan to work with key farmers and influencers of the area, and must have specific results for each time of working, and have the weekly report to the superior
4. Broadcasting and advertising: support to broadcasting and advertising to increase activity’s effectiveness.
5. Competitors’ information collection: collect and analyze data and propose solution to help MPV competes and overcome competitors.
6. Season and crops’ information collection: collect and analyze data and propose solution to help managers have a full view about this subject.
7. Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map Pacific
Other duties
- Do other miscellaneous tasks when required
- Other tasks as assigned by Superior and Board of Management
Authorization: Right to request for working facilities to fulfill the assigned duties

- Internal relationship: to all staffs in all the departments
- External relationship: to all dealers, sub-dealers, and related organizations
