Technical Coordinator (Inspection Service)

- Receive, check the booking information. Update procedures, contact with customers to ensure the booking process information in accordance with procedures prescribed by each customer
- Responsible for contacts and prepare the required documents such as technical documentation from customers , control samples , sample reserved ...
- Quotations for each customer request and payment tracking system to update IBMS if necessary
- Convey accurate, timely, and complete customer requirements for stakeholders
- Exposure , meet and discuss with customers , factories when directed by upper management
- Answers questions, complaints, complaining customer/ supplier/ factory
* Working location: 648 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Lơi, Thu Duc City, HCM City
* Working time: Monday- Saturday: 08:00~17:00

Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS Office - Word / Excel / Power Point )
- Handling situations better
- Have a basic knowledge of customer service
- Good communication (direct / email / phone ), be polite demeanor, confidence
- Use good English (speaking/ reading/ writing)
- Working with high pressure, organize the good work
