Responsibility
- Working in a team of 5 members- Report directly to Vietnamese Manager.

Support for external and internal customer facing events, do presentation, testing, demonstration and POC, etc.
Documents all investigations and information in appropriate databases.
Keeps all support personnel up-to-date while the investigation is in progress.
Liaise with company international partner or 3rd parry on technical support issues.
Conducting issue investigations on case escalations via Desktop Remote/Telephone/Email/On-site support.
Preparation of relevant technical documentation (e.g. operation manual) for solutions/software
Overview: pre/post-sales support and Quality Assurance of Business Imaging Solutions&039; network multi function printing software, firmware and hardware.
Print Management Systems implementation and support

- Monthly Salary: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
- Working Time: 420–640USD

Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00
Morning: 08:00 - 12:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

- Essential Requirements:

Independent and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with Windows systems (Client and Server), Network, VMware.
Practical applied knowledge of Microsoft and standard network technologies.
Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
From 23-30 years old
Working knowledge of common networking/communication protocols such as DNS, SNMP, SMTP, SMB, etc.
This position requires ability to maintain organization and prioritization for project assignments.
Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Management Information - Systems background with specific technical coursework.
Working application knowledge of current versions of popular commercial software packages (i.e.: Office, Adobe,...).
Good at logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

- Preferable Requirements:

1 relevant business experience or pre/post sales or equivalent experience
An industry standard certification such as CMTP, MCTS, or a CCNA
Working knowledge of current and upcoming versions of Mac OS. UNIX/LINUX, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint Server and SQL knowledge is a plus.
