Technical Lead PHP

As aTechnical Lead, you are expected to provide technical oversight to the team as well as nurture a strong engineering culture with product focus, excellent technology, high quality implementations, self-motivated innovation and problem-solving..
You will work with the team and the client to anticipate and identify the risks and provide appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable and maintainable. Next to that we expect a Technical Lead to provide technical guidance and mentoring for other team members by sharing insights into standard methodologies for coding, design and architecture principles.
Additionally, The ideal candidate is expected to have proficient skills in multiple PHP frameworks, Python, types of project and architectures to create stable & maintainable applications and automate the work.

Deep knowledge in database design/ UML
Experience with code review, feedback and standards.
At least bachelor of IT or equivalent
Knowledge of at least 2 PHP frameworks or extensive knowledge of 1 framework
Version management using GIT
Experience with unit testing
Proven expert of design patterns, and the principles of SOLID, OOP, MVC
Deep knowledge in PHP
2 years of experience in leading engineering teams

Furthermore, as you will be working in an international organization, your English needs to be at intermediate level.
It is a bonus if you have experience with or some knowledge of:

Experience with: Sage, Blade, PHP framework Laravel, Symfony
HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
Experience with Python (Django) is a huge plus
AWS environments
Linux Environment
Docker
JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or VueJS
Experience with, SEO, Gulp, NPM, CSS preprocessors, BEM, Front-End frameworks such as Bootstrap/Foundation, cross-platform compatibility
Git-flow and GitLab-ci
Knowledge of WordPress
