Technical & Marketing Controller

Cash Flow & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings. Challenge assumptions for cost improvements in the factories based on internal and external benchmark information on factory performance and costs by dring Factory/Technial KPI
Reporting and Analytics
- Work closely with Decision Support and Control in order to provide a high quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI&039;s & Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Promote use of external & internal information for benchmarking"
- Manage a common approach for all factories reporting (Actuals; forecasts; OPEX; CIAT etc.); ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of this process. Follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestlé financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source.
Compliance
- Manage routine audit activities within the factory to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) NAS,Marketing related Nestle guidance and legislation relevant to Marketing, OPEX guideline and appropriately escalate business risks.
- Coordinate and be key contact for internal and external audits within the Technical area
- As the Champion of compliance & risk management for the site is the key contact for internal and external audits within the factory.
Business Planning
- Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline including development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling and follow-up
- Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate the Technical budget with factories and technical management; perform revisions or simulations if needed
Support & coordinate to plan budget for Marketing
- Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate Value Destroyers and maximize the return on investment from TTS/PFME (including revised pricing structure/prices) and from the capital asset base.
Capital Investments
- Coordinate the yearly CAPEX cycle. Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including business post project evaluations.
Performance Management
- Factory reporting of actuals and forecasts for the factory; ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of this process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source.

- Experience within a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders
- Formal financial qualification of appropriate level ( degree or similar)
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
- Prior experience in Plant controlling and other finance departments, Ideally within a factory or supply chain
