Technical Product Management Engineer (TPM)

Objetive of the position
• Create and manage production documentation.
Principal activities
Create and update the 1:1 drawings, which are used by the production for the harnesses and based on the clients drawings, databases and BOMs Prepare and manage master data lists.
Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for product improvement.
Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved departments .
Cooperate in the definition of the production methods, production procedures, actions for optimization / increase in efficiency.
Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production technical and economic knowledge.
Manage customer data/information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects.
Include all change descriptions from the customer and internal product improvements, excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
Administrate all drawings and files which are becoming tools for the production.
Create production plans for modifications and rework
Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data, in production plans.

Requirements:
• Professional career: Industrial Designer, Mechanic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Language: English -
• Relevant experience: 2 Years
- Industry: Automotive – Harness
- Technical knowledge: Norma IATF 16949,:2016, ISO 14001,-2015 / OHSAS 18001, Statistical tools, Problem solving tools, Core Tools
