Technical Project Manager

• Understand master plan and the importance of on-going projects with our core product;
• Help define project scope, coordinate with project members, monitor, report, track project implementation progress, and enhance progress to meet defined timeline (make sure current project meets delivery deadline/goal),
• Track team member time-to-be-done estimation for given tasks, also help to tweak the estimation based on input requirement and your experience;
• Present to stakeholders, reports on progress as well as problems and solutions;
• Evaluate and assess result of project;
• Follow Agile Manifesto Principle: Deliver working software frequently, with a preference to the shorter timescale: month, week, day

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field;
• 5 years working experience in complex project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects, especially infrastructure, cloud computing or SAAS solution;
• Knowledge of techniques and project management tools;
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management;
• Excellent ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
• Project management qualification (PMP) or Scrum certificate (PMI/Scrum.org/ scrum alliance) is preferred;
