Technical Project Manager (Software)

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:
- Development support, improving project management process.
- Be the main communication point between the development teams and clients.
- Perform project management and controlling (scope/time/budget).
- Participate and help lead all phases of implementation.
- Oversee software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Coach and promote your team in retrospectives and performance reviews.
- Prepare business requirements and work with the team for system design.

***WHAT SHOULD YOU BE GOOD AT?
- Strong with a technical background.
- Strong knowledge of project management: Estimation and budget control, planning, quality management, and communication.
- Language: Advanced skills in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Knowledge about Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP,…) and PM tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalents).
- International education background is considered an asset.

- Strong knowledge of web/online development. Broad knowledge of contemporary web systems, sites, and concepts such as social networks, social community, online marketing, e-commerce, etc.
- Strong and confident in problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Software Engineering or Information Systems or a closely related field.
