Technical Recruiter

- Accomplish HR mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Organize the company recruitment events: Job fairs, Company tours, …
- Manage and follow through an end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure positive candidate experience
- Work on recruitment database to provide proper reports
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs to come up with relevant hiring requirements
- Analyze job market to provide solutions for attracting and retaining talents
- Be proactive in sourcing & making connections with qualified, talented, and potential candidates to build talent pool in IT field

- Ability to work independently and in teamwork
- Being pro-active and self-motivated
- Can work well under high pressure
- English communication
- Have knowledge of software market in Vietnam
- 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Have Bachelor of Business Administration, Human resource or related fields
- Good problem-solving skill and communication skills
- Hard-working, responsible, honest, strong interpersonal and communication skills
