Mô tả công việc

Initiate and support new development projects at distributors and customers
Provide advice, respond in time to technical requests and suggest solutions to customers problems through visits, phone, and/or e-mail in a timely and efficient manner
Turn new developments into successful commercial projects to meet profitable growth targets
Support commercial team to identify and maintain high quality growth opportunity pipeline
Initiate and deliver seminars relating to core applications
Keep customers and distributors updated about new products and concepts of company
When necessary initiate Technical Support Request projects in the application laboratories
Conduct on site trials with customers to trouble shoot / implement company's solutions
Keep distributors fully trained in all products and application from company
Attend appropriate trade shows
Present lectures at training courses/conferences
Write and attach call reports and market competitive activities in the CRM system
Maintain/Improve intimacy with customers in core market segment
Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to internal company's functions
Use Customer Value Creation (CVC) methodology and be capable to articulate the Value Proposal of our offering at our customers

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong knowledge of Food Engineer / Food Science is a plus.
5-8 years’ experience, preferably in a technical support style function incl. At least 2-3 years in hydrocolloids, have regular contacts with customers, ideally in an international context in speciality business in the Food and beverage industries.
Knowledge in consumer and industrial applications is a plus (optional).
Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
Self-motivated and having the initiative to carry out projects from inception to finish
Ability to work independently
Open-minded, proactive & a can do spirit
