Technical Service Specialist

missions and responsibilities
You are part of the Customer Success team who aim to provide excellence technical service to SecuTix’s worldwide customers.

Work closely with Customer Success Manager to maintain service deliveries.
Participate in special technical projects upon request.
Help customers to use our ticketing product in the most efficient way by delivery diverse technical services requests: product configuration, online shop CSS customization, public web services activation, seat map edition, report creation, marketing campaign setup …
Have high speed interaction with Onboarding team across Europe
Ensure the deliveries are on quality, on time
Analyze technical service requests from English/French speaking customers
Process the requests according to agreed solution and handle change requests.
Have high speed interaction with Product team in Switzerland and Vietnam
Provide estimation and propose alternative solution if needed

SKILLS

Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in HTML/CSS, Javascript, SQL
Experience with software testing, working in product’s company is a plus
Proficient in English is required; knowing French is a strong plus
Has a strong customer oriented mindset
Strong time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/critical requests
Good at logical and critical thinking to propose accurate solution to customers

Work experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
At least 2 years working in IT industries
