Technical Team Leader

***Develop customer relationship.
• Accountable for service delivery (SLA achievement) Field
• Be the guarantor of the technical knowledge of the solutions implemented by LBN for the client.
• Understand the functional needs and technical constraints of client.
• Develop Linkbynet knowledge of client context and culture, as well as their technical environment (architecture, applications, configurations, servers, security, ...)
• Referent on specific customers or technical fields
***Improve productivity efficiency & control service quality:
• Prepare & lead the various Technical Committees (recurrent monitoring, management, architecture, strategic) and participate in the Steering Committees to provide the technical depth.
• Problem resolver L2 to L3
• Be the guarantor of instructions or operating procedures to improve the handling of requests or incidents by AON or other shared support units.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement in technical areas.
• Approve & Assess documentations quality.
• Advise & Implement automations for build & run operations.
• Receive incident escalation L2 to L3 : Actively engage in escalation and resolution of complex incidents. Gather technical resources required in Linkbynet organizations and solve technical problems (all technical areas)
• Be the guarantor of standards and norms to be respected for all projects (infrastructure or business
• Advance Trainer on Customer mainstream technologies
***Improve provider.
• Responsible for architecture design: Recommend architectural changes to solve problems in a sustainable way, reduce the risk of incidents.
• Customer interface & trusted advisor for a dedicated customer account
• Presales support for Linkbynet Sales team
• Advise and challenge the customer on the evolution of its platforms and applications.
• Participate alongside architecture teams in the evolution of client environments efficiency.

***Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Educational Requirements:
• Fluent in English - Advanced level
• Fluent in French – Advanced level
• Monitoring engineering Experienced
• Network engineering knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent 5y working experience at Engineer level)
Work Experience:
• Automation tool, Scripting & Coding experience
• 5y Experience in IT Managed Services as Engineer Level
Licenses/Certifications required:
• Public Cloud Professional level certification as a minimum
• Certified Expert level related to the current customer technical landscape
• ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent is a plus
• Cloud Expert minimum (Azure + GCP)
