Technical Writer for Knowledge Management

YOUR TASKS:
- Analysis of internal processes, methods and tools to define and centralize relevant technical information and design new training content
- Acting as key-contact, sparring partner and manage technical experts, topic owner and training content creator in a virtual/onsite and international environment
- Creation and analysis of competence matrix to ensure sustainable governance of training offer and learner centric solutions
- Applying instructional design methods and practice in authoring tools/web-based e-learning software to create high quality digital training content
- Development of new learning concepts to ensure needed competences within dynamic project team environment
- Consult (Subject Matter) Experts and Management on how to translate business requirements into effective new learning items and concepts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English (mandatory, reading, writing, speaking)
- Good conceptional understanding for learning methods
- Confident, agile, innovative & pragmatic
- Experienced in technical writing or similar areas
- Very good communication skills
- University / College degree in engineering or similar
- Digital native with the ability to think out of the box
- Very good knowledge in Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
