- Design operator’s pay scheme and incentive scheme.
- In charge of improvement/innovation project, as well as execution by Group assignment
- Lead the edition and management of factory SOP.
- Process improvement by technical and engineering knowledge
- Promote and lead Lean manufacturing activities.
- Ensure process compliance towards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Manage Training section to ensure daily training activities.
- SAM analysis and management.
- Standardize and optimize motion, layout, and methodology.
- Bulk Feasibility
- Manage technical support, processing engineering and material utilization operations.
- Manage and lead the team to achieve performance goal and target. Develop and motivate team to drive both individual and TED performance.
- Design operator’s skill assessment.
- Technology, automation and machinery investment analysis and leading.

- University, technical background is preferred.
- Skill requirement: Analytical Thinking and Thoroughness; Creativity/think out of box ; Manage changes; Project management.
