Mô tả công việc

To oversee the Tele Collection Team across Vietnam. The job holder will manage all levels of Tele Collection from BK1 to BK6, through various strategies and tactics applicable, tracking and monitoring of tele collection activities to have the best results in the quality and collection performance. To ensure the team is on track with their productivity and performance to meet the business plan target.

Key Accountabilities

• Communicating a clear and appealing vision to the team, leading and developing enthusiasm and commitment from the team.
• Proactive and ongoing monitoring and management the portfolio to minimize the flow rate of each bucket in charged, especially company Gross Credit Loss (GCL). Control Tele Collection cost efficiency and manage the team’s capacity for the year.
• Strict internal controls over procedures, policies and company regulations.
• Coordinator of works to relevant departments to providing Collection expertise and knowledge for any organization needs.
• Creating a high-performance culture by leading and inspiring the team to achieve their potential and highest level of performance.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as and when required.
• Effective and consistent execution of Collection strategy for improving performance, delivering the best result while maintaining code of conduct of Collection.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education background & experience
• BA or other applicable graduate degree
• 3+ years of Tele Collection Manager experience. Banking experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in operations in consumer finance/banking with at least 3 years as the same function in the organization leading teams in a fast paced, highly competitive environment.
• Be experienced in managing a large workforce of multiple layers and locations.
• More Experience in Credit Card and Mortgage loans, especially experience in Auto Loan is a plus
Knowledge
• Success in driving projects to completion under the constraints of tight timeframes.
• Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop front line and support professionals
• Consumer finance business, collection system
• Strong understanding of the financial services or related industry
• Proven thought leadership with a superior ability to drive results and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversify of individuals at all organization levels
Skills
• Keen understanding of the full range of risk profiles and total lending spectrum.
• An ability to see the credit operation as a financially oriented customer service function which balances cost control with support for the business
• Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment across geographies.
• Track record of integrity, innovation and overall excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recovery collections strategies and see developing trends.
