LOGIVAN is looking for a Telesales Leader to establish and lead a high-performance telesales operation in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will have a relevant skills and previous telesales leadership experience. If you have enthusiasm and a desire to learn then industry knowledge is not required, but if you do have some it could make this role a fantastic fit for you.
Your Role:
You will be establishing and leading a telesales centre in Ho Chi Minh City. You will report directly to our Head of Operations.
As Telesales Leader you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Establishing and leading an efficient telesales centre in HCMC

Selecting agents with the right skills to perform well in the team

Establishing and conducting training for agents to ensure ongoing skill improvement

Monitoring and optimising the performance of the team by making good management decisions

Generating cargo orders from available marketing leads

Verifying new driver sign-ups by encouraging them to submit all the correct documents

Receiving new cargo orders by phone and passing them to the operations team

Dealing with any customer difficulties by gathering information and passing the details on to the correct person or team

Ensuring that all calls take and give sufficient information to allow the other teams to complete all their duties accurately

Establishing policies and ensuring the team are able to consistently work to them

Identifying problems and bottlenecks and implementing changes to resolve them

Building and maintaining a culture of high-performance in your team

Designing KPIs, performance reviews and incentive programmes for staff
