Tenancy Design Coordinator

Coordinate with tenant to advise in order to ensure their design in accordance to Design Guideline of SC Vivo City
Work with Property team/ Engineering teams/ Leasing Team to get the individual units fit-out pack ready including floor plans, M&E provisions, submission timelines etc.
Maintain and Develop Tenants Fit-Out Manual and Design Guidelines of Shopping Centre
Issue final approved drawings.
Coordinate with Tenant and Engineering Team / Property Team for the renovation works of tenant.
Reconfiguration/ Additional & Alteration Work.
Develop and proposal new tenancy layout or new design guideline when assigned .
Support Operation Manager on reviewing the works related to structure and architecture of building
Fit-Out Design Reviews: Conduct briefing on tenancy design guidelines (Fit-out and Shop Front guidelines) and review tenant design base on design guideline of SC VivoCity
Together with Operations/Engineering team, ensure that tenants and their contractors comply with the House Rules. And Tenant complete their fit out period on time and matching with approved drawing
Follow standard operating procedures and processes for Tenancy Design Coordinator and Tenants Fit –out works.
Follow up with Engineering Team for the comment of M&E Design of tenant.
Attend to tenants’ requests/complaints and co-ordinate closely with Leasing/Operations/Engineering/A&P Departments, wherever necessary.
Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (interior design is refer)
