Test Development Engineer - Attractive Salary !!!

- Study the RMA failures and improve the test coverage as necessary
- Prepare the Test plans and Test proposal based on customer requirement and test documents
- Review requirements, test specifications, technical documents for test coverage and improvement
- Ability to reverse engineering (hardware and software) existing testers and improve
- Verification and Validation of production Testers, Fixture and processes
- Provide technical support to Test Sustaining Engineers/ Test Technician in tester breakdown and failure analysis
- Design, Develop and Document Software and Hardware for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to test electronics PCBA’s and assemblies
- Interact with Overseas customers and Design Teams
- Implement continuous improvement in FPY, Cost and Quality
- Perform the Design for Test (DFT) analysis and suggest / improve the test coverage
- Prepare TDE quote based on Test specification, Product schematic diagram

- Experience in using Analytic and systematic problem solving tools
- Exposure to CAD and mechanical design is added advantage
- Knowledge of DFx processes
- Experience in Electronic Hardware Manufacturing Industry. (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English and Chinese is added advantage
- PCB design and Layout experience is added advantage
- Good team working
- Familiar with NI LabVIEW or Python (NI CLAD, CLD certificate is desired)
- A Bachelor degree with more than 3 Years (Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Automation Engineering) or Diploma with 3 years
- Strong understanding of Structural and functional test of PCBA. (Mandatory)
