TEST Development Engineer

SUMMARY:
• Work on yield improvement and test time reduction, etc..
• Response to customer return case, support AE/QE to analyze failure with ATE test data.
• Design test solution for both RD debugging and production test release.
• Support RD/QE for BI, ESD data analysis.
• Experience in multi-site test programming, tester platform conversion. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ATE support for FA case to analyze failure with ATE test data.
• Routine monitoring and checking for internal system operation.
• Responsible for the inspection and management of special equipment.
• ATE evaluation report with yield, bin summary, distribution analysis & full temp test.
• Program coding generate, debugging & releasing.
• Test time reduction to lower test cost.
• Hardware design with Altium software.
• Support RD/QE for BI, ESD data test & analysis.
• Subcon sustaining for low yield & Test related issues.
• DFT review with designers to optimize test method.
• Identify EA, participate in evaluating significant EA, and renew the corresponding info in time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor or above degree.
• Familiar with ASL1K/ETS300 test platform & Test theory of analog device.
• Able to use PADS/PROTEL to design PCB.
• Relevant work experience of at least 5 years.
• Strong interpersonal skills, impartial and active working attitude.
• Good English communication skills and computer operation skills.
