Test Lead

Potential candiates will be considered for Manager Level
- Should able to write scripts in C for medical devices
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- Hands on knowledge in C, Appium based Mobile testing
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

- Experience planning for test effort in complex
- English commuincation
- To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
- Experience in Migrating test scripts for medical devices
- To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team.
- Expert understanding of application development, and methodologies, superior communication skills
- Strong enough to discuss with stake holders on the pain points and aligned towards objective.
- Design automation frameworks & test scripts for complex applications
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Automation Ranorex, Selenium, APPIUM test frameworks-C
- Working experience in Manual functional testing & Test management processes.
- Interacts with offshore PM and get the deliverables delivered in terms of QCD.
- Experience in Automation & Functional Testing
- Experience in writing test scripts for medical devices
- Knowledge of planning of application releases
- Should do onsite and offshore coordination and make team aligned to customer objective
- Experience in Agile methodologies
