Test Lead/ Test Manager

To expand business activities in Vietnam, we are now looking for potential candidates for the position of Test Leader/ Test Manager with below job scopes and requirements:
- Lead testing teams
- Work with cross-functional teams or customers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Provide documentation in the form of Test Management Plans, Test Design, Test Cases and Test Reports throughout the complete software development life-cycle
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Develop effective strategies, test plans, test environment
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams, customers

[Basic Qualification]
- 5+ years of formal testing methodology experience
- Expertise in unit, regression, integration, system testing and user acceptance testing methodologies
- Good understanding of software delivery cycle and release process
- Experience with both web and application testing
- Expertise in developing/documenting testing strategies, including test plan development, schedule creation and QC reporting
- Expertise in developing and managing QC processes and implementing testing techniques and tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)
[Preferred Qualification]
- Experience in Automotive domain e.g.: Product development experience and exposure to Navigation system/ Connected CARS/ Vehicle networking/Multimedia
- ISTQB Advanced - Test Manager/ Test Analysis or equivalent
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
[Other Preferrences]
- Able to learn independently and work well under tight development schedules
- Able to travel for work and training 
- Willing to handle urgent tasks
